About us
Vireon Dynamics is an independent studio from Australia. We ship Liminal AI and OwnerHaul today, and we are building the rest of the Vireon stack for people who want products they can inspect and own.
The thesis
The interesting work isn't another generic AI chat. It's products that finish real jobs — and the inspectable rails underneath when AI helps.
Most vendor agents are black boxes: opinionated, opaque, and rented by the seat. Most “trucking software” starts as enterprise dispatch nobody opens.
We ship both ends: OwnerHaul for owner-drivers, and Liminal AI for people who want a local agent they can see and own. Vireon Dynamics is the studio building both.
What we ship
Live now: the owner-driver business OS — jobs, invoices, BAS/GST, fuel, job profit. Starts solo, expands to fleets later. Explore OwnerHaul →
Live product: a model-agnostic agent harness with 500+ tools, persistent memory, native desktop app (Windows, macOS, Linux), and optional managed inference. Fair-source (FSL-1.1-MIT). Explore Liminal →
Principles
We ship tools people open on a Monday — owner-driver bookwork, local agent work, and the rails underneath.
Whether it’s a BAS ledger or an agent tool call, you should be able to see how the system behaved.
Liminal keeps session logs on your machine. OwnerHaul keeps jobs and invoices in your account — not a rented mystery.
Liminal is fair-source (FSL-1.1-MIT). OwnerHaul is a clear A$25/mo SaaS after a card-free trial.
Ship daily where it helps (Liminal on GitHub). Grow OwnerHaul from solo drivers to fleets only when usage says so.
Vertical products first. Liminal-class agent rails under the hood when that makes the product better — not as the pitch.
The name
Vireon. from vireo, a small, persistent songbird, and the engineering suffix -on. Dynamics. the study of systems in motion.
Small, persistent, and deeply concerned with how systems behave under load, not how they look on a landing page.
The studio
Vireon Dynamics is based in Australia. We ship Liminal in public (readable source, daily commits, honest changelog) and OwnerHaul as a live SaaS with a free trial — because products should be usable, not theatrical.
We're early. Try OwnerHaul, install Liminal, and tell us what breaks: that feedback shapes the roadmap more than a slide deck ever could.
