1. Overview
This policy describes cancellation, renewal, and refunds for Liminal AI paid plans and inference credit purchases billed through Stripe. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions (Pro & Team)
Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or as shown at checkout) until cancelled. Charges appear as Vireon Dynamics / Stripe on your statement.
How to cancel
- Sign in → Account → Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal)
- Or email admin@vireondynamics.com from your account email
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we terminate for breach.
Refunds
- General: Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods already started, except where required by consumer law or explicitly approved by us.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: Contact us within 14 days — we will correct or refund verified billing errors.
- Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable consumer guarantees. If the Service fails to meet a major guarantee you may have rights to a remedy.
- EU/UK consumers: Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to digital services, you may lose the right once performance begins with your prior express consent — by subscribing you acknowledge immediate access to digital features.
3. Inference credit packs
One-time credit purchases add capacity to your personal or org inference wallet. Credits are consumed as you use managed inference. Credit purchases are non-refundable once fulfilled, except for verified duplicate charges or billing errors within 14 days.
4. Enterprise
Enterprise agreements may define custom terms, SLAs, and refund rules in an order form. Where an order form conflicts, the order form controls for that customer.
5. License keys & grace period
Paid plans issue AGENT_LICENSE_KEY tokens. If a subscription lapses, keys may enter an offline grace period (as configured in product docs) before cloud features and managed inference stop. Community Edition local use remains available under FSL terms.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. Reach out to admin@vireondynamics.com — we resolve most billing issues quickly.
