1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects Vireon Dynamics, our users, upstream providers, and the public. It applies to Vireon accounts, Liminal AI cloud features, managed inference, Team org administration, and API access.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal content
- Harass, threaten, or dox others
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages via our infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or attack systems without authorization
- Bypass rate limits, authentication, or billing controls
- Share accounts or license keys outside your org entitlement
- Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated high-load workloads through managed inference
- Reverse engineer hosted Services to extract secrets or circumvent access controls
- Use outputs to develop competing model routing services that replicate our managed inference product
3. Managed inference
- Comply with upstream model provider acceptable use rules
- Do not submit secrets you cannot afford to expose to model providers
- Do not attempt to extract provider API keys from our systems
- Automated usage must stay within published rate limits and fair use
4. Team organizations
Org admins must ensure members comply with this AUP. Inviting users implies you have authority to share org resources with them. Audit logs may be used to investigate incidents.
5. Security research
Good-faith security research is welcome — contact admin@vireondynamics.com before testing against production systems. Do not access other users' data.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate access; revoke license keys; and report illegal activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations may be permanent without refund where permitted by law and our Refund Policy.

Report abuse: admin@vireondynamics.com with subject "Abuse report" and relevant logs or URLs.
