Liminal 0.1.2 — multi-account mail, inbox watcher, file attachments

v0.1.2 makes email work across every connected mailbox — scan inboxes, route replies from the right account, and redact sensitive details in summaries. An inbox watcher polls Gmail and Outlook in the background, the composer accepts drag-and-drop files of any type on web and desktop, and the integrations hub shows per-account connection status with revoke support. Managed inference Settings now stay on managed mode instead of flipping back to BYOK.

• Integrations hub — Redesigned web Settings panel and desktop integrations screen with per-account list, connection status, and revoke
• Managed inference fix — Settings managed mode no longer flips back to BYOK on Pro; regional Bedrock profile ids in desktop model picker
• Email compose — Expanded recipient guard and compose context/resume improvements
